1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wannee ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wannee is a Thai language learning application that provides vocabulary cards, pronunciation guides, and learning exercises to help users learn the Thai language.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
After the trial period, a monthly subscription is required to continue using the App.
A yearly subscription is available at a discounted rate.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Share, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without authorization.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio recordings, images, and design, is the property of Wannee and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You may delete all your data at any time through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wannee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
